Sakon Releases ‘Ask Milo’ Telecom AI Companion On ServiceNow Store

US technology company, Sakon, has made Ask Milo, an AI companion application for enterprise telecom and mobility management, available on the ServiceNow Store.

Sakon provides end-to-end telecom expense management (TEM), cloud expense management, and managed mobility services (MMS). The companion software operates alongside Sakon Telecom Connect to link enterprise mobility operations with ServiceNow workflows.

Corporate personnel can complete routine device requests through natural language prompts directly inside ServiceNow without submitting traditional service tickets or navigating across separate administrative systems.

Vice president of Product Solutions at Sakon, Michele Wheeler said: “Enterprise employees expect technology to be as intuitive at work as it is in their everyday lives. With Ask Milo, we’re bringing a conversational experience to enterprise mobility that allows employees to simply ask for what they need.

“Behind the scenes, Sakon combines trusted telecom data, intelligent automation, and ServiceNow workflows to deliver fast, accurate, and secure outcomes.”

Ask Milo allows staff to manage hardware inquiries without opening standard support desk tickets. At launch, the application supports five mobility functions:

  • Checking the status of a mobile request
  • Viewing device upgrade eligibility
  • Ordering a new mobile device
  • Reporting a lost or stolen device
  • Requesting a device upgrade

The companion application executes these transactions directly within the ServiceNow user interface. Employees avoid logging into external carrier portals or navigating multiple enterprise systems when checking order progress or reporting lost equipment.

Automating routine interactions reduces manual ticket handling and day-to-day administrative workloads. The self-service mechanism allows staff to resolve device needs immediately.

Ask Milo operates specifically for enterprise telecom administration rather than generalised text tasks. The application synchronises directly with records configured in Sakon Telecom Connect, linking device operations with broader corporate workflows.

Because the conversational system checks verified asset data, responses accurately match current hardware catalogues. Corporate security parameters and approval workflows remain enforced across every interaction.

Chief operations officer at Sakon, Amine Doukkali said “Ask Milo represents another step in Sakon’s commitment to simplifying enterprise telecom management. Organisations are looking for practical ways to apply AI that improve employee experiences while strengthening operational efficiency and governance.

“By extending Sakon Telecom Connect with Ask Milo, we’re helping customers realise the value of AI within the ServiceNow platform using the trusted telecom data they already rely on.”

Sakon has managed network infrastructure and corporate mobility lifecycles for global enterprises since 2003. Together, Sakon Telecom Connect and Ask Milo automate telecom lifecycle processes through verified carrier and asset data.

The certified software is available now on the ServiceNow Store. Enterprise deployments require Sakon Telecom Connect to function.
