A new leak suggests another significant launch event from the brand. WIN Pad tablet has already appeared on the internet for its preorder activity. The device is open for reservations at the official Honor Mall without unveiling any key specifications or feature highlights.
DigitalChatStation has now revealed that the Honor WIN 2 series and the WIN Pad small tablet will launch in October. Both gaming devices contain a top-end Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with active cooling fan technology and an ultra-high refresh rate. The chipset details are slightly uncertain at present. WIN 2 series will likely feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 line processors, taking gaming performance to a whole new level.
However, the SoC could be different for the first gaming tablet. According to the tipster, the WIN tablet will run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with an 8-inch ultra-high refresh rate OLED screen and active cooling fan technology. This combination can maintain both performance and efficiency. However, the Honor WIN Pad might not debut with a 5G communication version.
Hence, the company may keep a subtle price tag for the new gaming tablet. The tipster has mentioned many times that the WIN 2 series would be the only 2026 smartphone lineup in the industry with a new 2nm chipset and a jumbo 10000+ mAh battery. Other details of both devices are currently under wraps. Though Honor may share some hints about these creations at the Magic 9 series launch event.
